The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. They were attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and without any major issues.

The large room with a balcony was a great touch and the hot water in the bathroom was excellent. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Location wise it was great - right in the heart of the action, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Best of all, the steak dinner we had was absolutely amazing!
the room we stayed in was a bit dark and dingy, with no natural light coming through.

The room was quite large and had a balcony, which was great for getting some fresh air. Wifi connection was reliable and strong. The hotel is located in a lively area that is perfect for exploring and finding new places to eat and drink. The hot water in the bathroom was fantastic for a nice shower after a long day of work.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The floor was dirty on arrival, and it did not seem to have been cleaned during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay with great facilities, friendly staff, and a perfect location close to everything we needed. The clean and well-maintained room had a large balcony with excellent wifi, aircon, and hot water in the bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious western and Thai food options. The hotel provided convenient parking and transportation to nearby areas.

The hotel was located in a convenient area where everything was easily accessible. the food was tasty and there was a good variety of both western and Thai cuisine. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the large rooms were well-maintained and had comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a nice balcony.
The cleanliness could have been improved as some guests reported dirty rooms and poor housekeeping.
